Exchange
Exchanges or returns are dependent on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method.
All returned goods must be in line with our returns policy, these products will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene reason some items like underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. Our website catalogue indicate which items are non-refundable
ALTIERE stands for high quality. However, if one of our products is faulty, you do have statutory liabilities and rights to either exchange or refund that item. Please follow our normal procedure and completing your returns form.
Unfortunately, we cannot track anything you return through any other postal service, including Royal Mail. Instead, we will send you an email once your refund has been processed. Your money should be back with you within 2-5 days of receiving this email.
