The website is trading as usual. We are accepting orders, processing refunds and continue to accept credit cards as forms of payment. Make sure your personal details are correct and match those registered to your bank account and your card is registered to the billing address. We accept all major Debit or Credit cards and PayPal payment.
Due to high order volumes our standard home delivery service is taking slightly longer than usual, orders should arrive within 5-7 working days (working days are Monday-Friday & exclude public holidays).
If you have ordered more than one item, there is a chance you may receive them in multiple deliveries.
We do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time, but delays can sometimes occur. We are sorry if we are late, please allow 48 hours after your expected delivery date before contacting us
We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when we have sold out of the relevant products during busy periods.
To cancel an order, fill in the contact form selecting ‘I want to cancel my order’ and our team will deal with your request. Alternatively, when the order arrives just tell the courier you are declining the parcel, they will take it back and we will process your refund.
Confirmation emails can take up to 24hours after placing an order, so it might not have come through yet. Also, check your junk folder as it could be hiding there.
We use ‘Secure socket layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe, both before an order is processed and when it is stored on our database.
For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not send credit card numbers by standard email.
All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery.
