How do I use a promotional code?
Promotional codes can be added to the ‘Checkout’ page. Once applied successfully, you will see the discount and applicable promotional message before proceeding to ‘secure checkout’ or ‘place order and pay’.
Why does my promotional code not work?
All promotional codes have start/end dates, qualifiers, inclusions, and exclusions. Please see the promotion terms and conditions. If you are experiencing issues with a promotional code, please contact our customer service team.
I forgot to apply my promotion code before clicking “place order and pay”, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot add discounts to orders once the order has been placed.
