Due to high order volumes, our standard home delivery service is taking slightly longer than usual. Orders should arrive within 3-5 working days (working days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays).
If you have ordered more than one item, there is a chance you may receive them in multiple deliveries.
We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you on time, but delays can sometimes occur. We are sorry if we are late. Please allow 48 hours after your expected delivery date before contacting us.
Please accept our apologies; occasionally, we have to cancel orders for several reasons.
We try to get as many choices as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when we have sold out of the relevant products during busy periods.
To cancel an order, fill in the contact form selecting ‘I want to cancel my order’ and our team will deal with your request. Alternatively, when the order arrives, just tell the courier you are declining the parcel, they will take it back, and we will process your refund.
If your order has left our warehouse, we will not be able to amend the address.

Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours after placing an order, so it might not have come through yet. Also, check your junk folder as it could be hiding there. If you still cannot find it, contact us.
It is not possible to pay online using multiple payment cards, payment can be made using one credit or debit card only.
If your order has been affected or cancelled, you will be notified via text and/or email. If you have already paid for your order, a refund will have been issued. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to appear in your account.
Please try to pay again using a different card if you have one. To find out why your card was refused in the first place, just contact your bank. They should be able to help you.
Your card will be charged within 24 hours if your order has been successfully authorised by your bank and ALTIERE.

We do not issue ALTIERE store/credit or Gift Cards.
We use “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe, both before an order is processed and when it is stored on our database.
For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not send credit card numbers by standard email.
All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery.
