Returns
If you have changed your mind and need to return or exchange an item, it can be returned or exchanged within 21 days. Return postage costs £3.99, which we will deduct from your refund amount (unless, of course, it is faulty).

Exchange
Exchanges or returns are dependent on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method.

We will give you a full refund as long as
It’s been less than 21 days since you received your item.
You have not damaged it.
Your item is included in our returns policy.

All returned goods must be in line with our returns policy. These products will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, some items like underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. Our website catalogue indicates which items are non-refundable.

ALTIERE stands for high quality. However, if one of our products is faulty, you do have statutory liabilities and rights to either exchange or refund that item. Please follow our normal procedure and complete your returns form.

It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the money back to your account, but all refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Your proof of purchase can be your receipt or e-receipt. If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot track anything you return through any other postal service, including Royal Mail. Instead, we will send you an email once your refund has been processed. Your money should be back with you within 3-5 days of receiving this email.
